The Southwestern Pennsylvania Corporation's Audit
Committee is comprised of three board members appointed by the Chairman.
The Audit Committee is responsible for reviewing the agency's financial
information, systems of internal control, and internal and external
audits of the agency's financial records. Should there be any significant
audit findings, the Audit Committee works with the agency to identify
corrective actions for implementation.
