Julia joined the Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission in the fall of 2023. As the Travel Demand Management (TDM) coordinator, Julia assists in development and implementation of our organization TDM services and initiatives. She maintains and analyzes CommuteInfo program data, conducts outreach on behalf of the program, and provides support to program participants to enhance utilization and effectiveness. Our CommuteInfo program works with transportation management associations, transportation providers, businesses and non-profit organizations throughout the region to help individuals find the best route for their commute. Julia also works to build relationships and partnerships with organizations and municipal officials in an effort to increase TDM awareness. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies and Political Science and a certificate in Arabic from the University of Pittsburgh.
