Chuck joined the Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission in 1974 and has earned the title of our longest serving employee! As the Manager of our Models and Data Analysis program, he oversees our team members and ensures that their data collection, analysis, visualization and dissemination of the data is accurate. He also specializes in population and employment projections, travel demand modeling, and travel surveys. Chuck also produces air quality conformity assessments and other related emission analyses that are used in planning reports. If you have a question about data and how it pertains to our region, Chuck is your guy! He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Villanova University.
