Jackie joined the Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission in 2014. As a Senior International Trade Specialist, she works closely with small business owners and medium-size companies in our 10 county region expand by exporting their products overseas. As part of her role, Jackie supports these small business owners and companies by helping to develop export business plans, conducting market research, and creating market entry strategies for them to be successful. Jackie will provide counseling and technical support to local new to export companies, and she works closely with the Regional Export Network and other external stakeholders to support the needs of our region’s business sector. Additionally, she manages the State Trade and Export Promotion (STEP) Grant Initiative through the Global Access Program (GAP) on behalf of the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) for our region. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Master in Business Administration with an International Business concentration from Point Park University.
