Todd joined the Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission in 2010. As the Manager of Commercial Lending, he works with business owners and the business community in our 10 county region. As part of that work, Todd analyzes businesses’ financials and tax returns to see if they qualify for loans, he advises prospective business owners on whether our organization can partner with them, and he creates review sheets for our internal loan review committee (which consists of external stakeholders and partners). Our internal loan review committee authorizes whether or not a small business owner or business can receive a loan that our organization administers. Additionally, he conducts underwriting for economic development agencies and counties within our region. Todd has a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Mathematics from the University of Pittsburgh.
