CPRG-IG Focus Group Workshop #1 – Workforce Development and Equitable Community Benefits

What:

We are hosting four focus group workshops to support coordination of the regional CPRG-IG application strategy. Workshops will be hybrid events to allow both in-person attendance at our offices and to allow for virtual attendance online. Workshops are organized by topic area.

February 12 Speaker:
Beth Uhler – Center for Watershed Protection

Beth is the Pennsylvania Director for the Center for Watershed Protection. She has been working in water resources for over 20 years, specializing in stormwater management, watershed planning, GIS solutions, and wetland science and permitting. Her expertise is in developing and implementing Stormwater Management Programs for local governments, NPDES MS4 permitting, and stormwater management policy and regulation. Acting as an intergovernmental liaison between local, state and federal governments, she currently serves as a member of the PA DEP’s Water Resources Advisory Committee. Beth has a Bachelor of Science in Geo-environmental Studies from Shippensburg University.
