Evan joined the Southwestern Pennsylvania in 2006. As an Operations & Safety Planner, he serves as our organization’s Traffic Incident Management (TIM) Coordinator. The TIM program convenes our 10 county’s region’s crash responders like the PA State Police, local police departments, EMS/paramedics, PennDOT officials, and many other stakeholders together once a month where they collaborate on ways to make local roadways safer. He also works on Road Safety Audits, Regional Traffic Signal Program, and is the Local Technical Assistance Program (LTAP) coordinator for our organization. Evan’s daily work supports the operations of our local roadways, so that drivers, bicyclists, and pedestrians can stay safe.
