Ozzie joined the Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission in 2024. As a Development Associate, he is responsible for advancing local transportation priorities through collaboration with our project sponsors and community partners. Ozzie identifies and secures innovative finance opportunities for regional projects, and establishes relationships with various stakeholders for successful project implementation. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Regional Planning (with a concentration in Land Use/GIS Track) from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s degree in Public Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
