Tiffany joined the Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission in 2022. As the Director of Human Resources, she oversees the organization’s operational functions including the recruiting, hiring, and training of new employees, and taking care of our health and pension benefits. Additionally, she keeps track of our employees’ information and ensures that our organization is compliant with labor laws and employee standards. Tiffany also helps to advance our organization’s strategic mission by working closely with our directors and managers to provide objective guidance on employee-related matters. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from California University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Arts degree in Corporate and Organizational Communication from West Virginia University.
